SERVICES & ENGAGEMENT
Quantum Readiness Audit, Delivered Inside Your Perimeter.
A three-phase engagement that maps your entire cryptographic footprint, scores it against quantum-era exposure, and produces a NIST-aligned migration roadmap — without a single byte of source code leaving your infrastructure.
- Air-Gapped Delivery Guarantee
- BFSI · Healthcare · Critical Infrastructure
- CycloneDX / ECMA-424 CBOM
- RBI Q-SAFE · DPDP Act · NIST FIPS 203/204/205
- Enterprise Integrators & Regional Consultancies Partner Delivery
THE ENGAGEMENT
Three Phases. One Deliverable Set Your Board Can Act On.
Each phase builds on the last. Phase 01 produces the inventory. Phase 02 turns the inventory into a risk picture. Phase 03 turns the risk picture into a roadmap.
Cryptographic Footprint Mapping
AQRA scans your repositories, compiled binaries, runtime configurations, and network interfaces — inside your own perimeter — to surface every cryptographic primitive in use across your stack.
- → Source code analysis — COBOL, Java, C#, Python, C/C++
- → Binary parsing — compiled artifacts where source is unavailable
- → Runtime config audit — TLS, cipher suites, certificate stores, HSM parameters
- → OT/ICS passive scan — SPAN/TAP mirroring, non-intrusive
Quantum Exposure Scoring & CBOM
Every discovered primitive is scored against quantum vulnerability — RSA/ECC exposure to Shor's algorithm, symmetric key strength against Grover's — and normalised into a structured Cryptographic Bill of Materials.
- → P1–P4 priority scoring — P1: migrate immediately; P4: monitor only
- → CycloneDX (ECMA-424) CBOM — the format RBI's Q-SAFE committee requires
- → Regulatory clause mapping — RBI, SEBI, DPDP, NCIIPC obligations
- → Board-ready risk summary — HNDL exposure by business unit and system
NIST-Aligned PQC Migration Plan
A phased, NIST FIPS 203/204/205-aligned migration roadmap — prioritised by the same P1–P4 scoring used throughout the CBOM — so engineering teams know what to replace first, with which algorithm, on which timeline.
- → Algorithm replacement mapping — RSA/ECC to ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA
- → System migration sequencing — by risk level, complexity, and regulatory deadline
- → Crypto-agility framework — architecture guidance for ongoing algorithm flexibility
- → Regulatory timeline alignment — DST NQM 2027–2029 CII window, RBI Q-SAFE roadmap
THE INSTRUMENT
Why the Audit Tool Matters as Much as the Methodology.
For BFSI and healthcare clients, the question is never just "can you find our cryptographic risk?" It's "can you find it without your tool becoming a new risk?" AQRA answers that question before it's asked.
AQRA Appliance
Air-Gapped Quantum Risk Assessment Appliance
A containerised discovery appliance that runs entirely inside your infrastructure. No cloud pipeline. No vendor-side processing. No telemetry. The discovery, the analysis, and the CBOM generation all happen inside your perimeter — and the output is yours.
The CBOM is exported in CycloneDX v1.6+ format — the same standard that added native cryptographic-asset modelling and the format referenced in India's quantum readiness regulatory guidance. It is portable into any CycloneDX-compatible tool and is not locked into AQRA's own dashboard.
SECTOR METHODOLOGY
The Methodology Adjusts to Where the Cryptography Actually Lives.
BFSI and healthcare audits are software forensics engagements — finding crypto buried in application code and binaries. Critical infrastructure audits add an OT layer — firmware, SCADA, and passive network discovery for systems that were never meant to be taken offline.

REGULATORY CONTEXT
The Compliance Mandates Driving This Work.
In India's BFSI and healthcare markets, "security" is optional. "Compliance" is not. The regulatory clock on quantum readiness started in May 2026 — and the Q-SAFE committee's report will set the formal deadline.
| Framework | What It Requires | Deadline / Status | How AQRA Supports It |
|---|---|---|---|
| RBI Q-SAFE Expert Committee Quantum-Safe Architecture |
Cryptographic Bill of Materials of the financial sector's cryptographic estate; quantum-safe roadmap for all scheduled commercial banks. | Report due Q4 2026 / Q1 2027 | AQRA's CBOM output is precisely the artefact the Q-SAFE framework requires — structured, machine-readable, CycloneDX-standard. |
| RBI Master Directions 2026 Reserve Bank of India |
Demonstrable technology risk inventory; six-monthly VA cadence; independent CISO; vendor right-to-audit. | In force — 31 July 2026 | Air-gapped deployment means AQRA does not introduce a new vendor dependency requiring its own risk assessment. |
| CERT-In + RBI Advisory 11/2024 CII & Regulated Entities |
Cryptographic inventory required for regulated entities and Critical Information Infrastructure operators. | In force — current | CBOM output is the cryptographic inventory these advisories require; recurring discovery runs support the six-monthly cadence. |
| SEBI CSCRF Securities & Exchange Board |
Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework for Market Infrastructure Institutions and regulated intermediaries. | In force — phased | Cryptographic posture documentation supports the CSCRF's technology risk governance requirements. |
| DPDP Act 2023 + Rules 2025 Personal Data Protection |
Significant Data Fiduciaries (large healthcare providers, major fintechs) must appoint a DPO, conduct DPIAs, and implement appropriate security safeguards. | In force — SDF ongoing | CBOM provides the cryptographic evidence layer for a DPIA; air-gapped delivery means no new third-party data processor is created during the audit. |
| NIST FIPS 203 / 204 / 205 PQC Standards (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA) |
Finalized PQC standards — the algorithm replacements every migrating organisation needs to implement. | Finalized 13 Aug 2024 | Phase 03 migration roadmap is scored and sequenced against these specific standards — not draft guidance. |
HOW WE DELIVER
Under Your Brand, Alongside Your Team, or Directly.
Qvantica Labs is built as a specialist delivery partner for Enterprise Integrators, Regional Consultancies, and System Integrators who need a deep-tech quantum audit bench behind their brand — without the cost of building one. We also engage directly with mid-market BFSI, healthcare, and critical infrastructure clients.
White-Label Delivery
We execute the full three-phase audit engagement under your brand. You own the client relationship and the deliverables. We provide the quantum audit engineering bench and the AQRA platform.
Specialist Bench Augmentation
We work alongside your consultants as the quantum specialist delivery team on a live engagement — scoped jointly, delivered under shared quality standards, credited as a specialist sub-contractor.
Bid-Eligible Specialist
We join your tender response to satisfy the quantum security specialist eligibility criteria that large BFSI and CII tenders increasingly require. Women-led MSME status provides an additional 3% sub-target advantage in PSU and government procurement.
Boutique Direct Audit
For mid-market BFSI, healthcare, and critical infrastructure organisations evaluating quantum readiness where a specialist boutique is the right fit — engaging the delivery team directly without the overhead of an Enterprise Integrator layer.
START HERE
A scoping call takes 30 minutes. The CBOM tells you where to focus the next three years.
Tell us your sector, your regulatory context, and your primary concern. We'll tell you what a Phase 01 discovery run looks like inside your specific environment — and what it would produce.
