The founding story of Qvanticalabs is not about technology. It is about what two people with very different careers noticed when they looked at the same problem.
A decade in finance and business administration.
She watched India's financial regulators move — quickly and decisively — from guidance to mandate. SEBI's CSCRF. The RBI's Q-SAFE Committee. The DPDP Act's ₹250 crore penalties. The DST's 2029 deadline for Critical Information Infrastructure. She saw that every Indian bank, insurer, hospital, and telco would soon be legally obligated to inventory their cryptographic assets, assess post-quantum risk, and present a migration roadmap to their board. And she saw that almost none of them were ready.
A decade as Technical Architect delivering IT solutions.
He understood, from the delivery side, why quantum audit readiness was so low. Quantum audit is not a standard security scan. It requires engineers who can find a hardcoded RSA-2048 key buried in a twenty-year-old COBOL module, interpret a 5G-AKA handshake, and translate both into a clause-level regulatory finding. That skill set — hybrid cybersecurity auditor plus quantum software engineer — barely exists in India at scale. He had spent a decade designing and running complex IT delivery and knew exactly what it would take to build it.
The Enterprise Integrators Consulting Gap
India's Enterprise Integrators — the Deloittes, KPMGs, EYs, Accentures, Wipros, and TCSs of the world — win the large bank and CII transformation contracts. They have the brand, the relationships, the procurement access, and the balance sheets. But quantum audit is a specialist deep-tech discipline, not a generalist compliance service. Responsible for algorithm selection, PQC migration design using NIST FIPS 203/204/205, and hardware benchmarking. Anchors technical credibility at the client's board level.
Security Engineer / Auditor
Specialised in identifying legacy cryptographic vulnerabilities. 5+ years in cybersecurity (CEH/CISSP/CISA) with Python proficiency. Responsible for source code scanning, binary forensics, network analysis, and CBOM generation across COBOL, Java, C#, and compiled artifacts.
Compliance Lead
